B E E Status of Lancaster Quarries and Lancaster Pre-Cast (Pty) Limited
We are pleased to confirm that as from1st September 2005,
Kwezi Mining (Pty) Limited has a 25.1% shareholding
in Lancaster Quarries (Pty) Limited and Lancaster Pre-Cast (Pty) Limited.
Kwezi Mining (Pty) Limited is a broad based
black economic empowerment affiliate of Kwezi (Pty) Limited,
which is a 100% black owned company.
Lancaster Quarries is a member of ASPASA.
Lancaster Pre-Cast products are SABS approved.
